Dear all

Woke up at 7am, took a dump, washed my face with Liquid Neutrogena Deep Clean facial cleanser, and brushed my teeth. Left the house with my parents at 8.30am, destination Bedok Hawker Centre. Found parking at the multi-storey carpark in Bedok. Found a table at the hawker centre and ordered bak chor mee. I went to the coffee stall to order 2 kopi-o and told the auntie to bring it to our table 10, but she didn't bring it, so dad went to the drinks stall and brought it over to our table. Me and Dad had some you tiao dipped in kopi-o. We read newspaper while waiting for the bak chor mee to arrive. Finally the mee arrived and we all tucked into our breakfast. The mee was pretty good with 5 wan tan dumplings each.

After breakfast, we proceeded to East Shore Hospital/Parkway East Hospital. After parking, dad went for his ward rounds while mum & I went to the doctor's lounge. I had Nespresso Espresso Forte while mum had tea. I diluted the coffee with hot water. We met Dr Melvin Look, a general surgeon in the DL. I tried the Osim massage chair for a few minutes, quite relaxing and comfortable. Watched some CNBC on the Philips TV in the DL and some tennis on Racquet. Later Dr Ho, a paediatrician came into the DL and we said hello to her. I had a Coke Light and some water too after finishing my coffee. Finally dad came into the DL and we left the hospital heading for home.

After lunch of vegeterian beehoon from Bao Bao Hawker Stall from Bedok Hawker Centre, I went to Little India to park my car, coupon parking costs SGD1. I proceeded to Rocher Beancurd to have tau huay for SGD1. Before that, I picked up a copy of The New Paper on Sunday for SGD0.80 from the roadside stall. After finishing the tau huey, I proceeded to Komala Villas for a cup of Masala Tea for SGD1.70. The tea was hot and I had to tarik it a few times to cool it down, split some tea on the table in the process. After paying for the tea, I walked to my car and drove home. Along the way home, I detoured the wrong route and had to U-Turn to go home. It was raining very heavily and visibility was poor, so I had to drive slowly and carefully. I switched on the lights just to play safe. Reached home and took some rest before we going out for dinner later at 6pm for Penang Hawker's Fare @ York Hotel.
